parent volunteer opportunities

The Granite Bay Junior Grizzlies is a not for profit organization and depends on volunteers. The Game Day Program replaces the mandatory working and/or buyout of the parent volunteer hours. Parents are encouraged to sign-up for various positions needed for Game Day operations as they will be reimbursed $25 per hour worked, up to 10 hours per family. Parents that do not want to work, nothing further is required of you. High school athletes and students will be paid to work the necessary positions that we do not have parents for.

Please note, if you need to cancel your shift you are required to email the volunteer coordinator at volunteers@gbjrgrizzlies.org at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled shift to ensure that we are able to get the proper coverage. Please make sure the Team Parent or Volunteer Coordinator is informed.

HOME GAMES: All volunteers must check in at the Board tent 15 minutes prior to their start time at the beginning of the shift.
