 | Football and Cheer Online Financial Assistance Program Application |
GBJG Football & Cheer is grateful for your interest in our program. We understand the expense involved in youth sports and want to ensure youth athletes are afforded every opportunity to participate. Please fill out this application for consideration. The following criteria must be met in order to be considered for and receive financial assistance:
- A financial hardship must be disclosed.
- The parent/guardian will be required to complete 20hrs of volunteer time.
- You cannot have received financial assistance the year prior (2024) and you will not be eligible the following year (2026).
Nondiscrimination: Families will not be discriminated against because of race, color, gender, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, or disability.
Confidentiality: Participants eligible for the Financial Assistance Program will remain confidential and will be treated in the same manner as those participants that pay full price for the same service. All applications and attachments are confidential and will be used exclusively for the Financial Assistance Program and for no other purpose.
